In this unprecedented time and with the rapidly changing Covid-19 situation, we would like to inform our clients and potential course attendees about the steps we are taking.

The health and safety of our employees is a top priority and we have implemented enhanced hygiene procedures in our office. We are providing alcohol based hand sanitiser and wipes to enable the keyboards, desks and telephones in our office and training rooms to be frequently cleaned and have advised staff that if they are unwell, or have family members who are unwell, they should not come to work.

We are requesting visitors to our offices confirm they have not travelled to a high-risk country or been exposed to somebody who has. Hand sanitiser and wipes are available for all visitors to the office.

Our staff have remote access to our systems (and where authorised and required, to your online systems) and will be able to continue to support you from their homes, where necessary. If we are required to close our office, our phones will continue to be answered and where face-to-face meetings are not essential, meetings will be able to take place using either Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting or Teams.

Where we are required to attend your office for critical functions such as payroll and bookkeeping, please contact our office to discuss the strategies you have in place or email our team to reception@ausmanagement.com.au with the precautions you are taking.

We will ensure that the precautions and actions we take are in line with the advice provided by state and national governments and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
