2 - ICAM for Team Members

INVTR002
The Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) is a well-known and highly respected incident investigation methodology that has been used globally in many industries for over two decades.  The aim of an incident investigation using ICAM is not only to find out what happened, but importantly, identify why it happened and how we can stop it happening again.

For those personnel expected to be part of an incident investigation team, they need to have the basic knowledge and skills to understand the investigation methodology, their role in the investigation and how they can support the Lead Investigator.

Everything you need for the day is all included: printed manual, pens, pads, great content delivered by a knowledgeable and highly experienced trainer, as well as morning and afternoon teas, along with a delicious lunch for the full day courses.
