3 - ICAM for Approving Officers

The Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) is a well-known and highly respected incident investigation methodology that has been used globally in many industries for over two decades.  The aim of an incident investigation using ICAM is not only to find out what happened, but importantly, identify why it happened and how we can stop it happening again.
For those personnel appointed to approve Incident Investigations it is critical that they understand the investigation methodology in order to be able to review the report and have assurance that the recommendations proposed will achieve the goal of prevention of recurrence and reduction of risk.

Everything you need for the day is all included: printed manual, pens, pads, great content delivered by a knowledgeable and highly experienced trainer, as well as morning and afternoon teas, along with a delicious lunch for the full day courses.
