1. Meet with you and your staff to determine & discuss with you the MYOB Setup.
   This will ensure the package is utilised to its fullest and tailored to your business and your industries specific needs. It will also ensure that you can easily capture GST information.
   
2. Liaise with your accountant.
   Where appropriate we will work in with your accountant to ensure MYOB is setup to reflect not only the way you work, but that it works in with your accountants’ structure that is used for your tax return.
   
3. Design & setup the system to best work for you.
   Take the worry out of getting started; let us do the worry and the setup work including GST
   
   • We design and set up the chart of accounts, including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss structures.
     
   • We enter opening bank reconciliation and match with bank statement and accountants’ reconciliation.
     
   • We setup opening balances for suppliers and customers’ accounts.
     
   • We ensure that all the opening balances match your accountant’s figures.
     
   • We set up clearing accounts to track taxes due, such as PAYG, GST and others where appropriate.
     
   • We customise a form. Eg: Tax invoice or Statement, then…………………you get to have a play!!!!!
     
4. Training:
   At your office, 6 Hours of personalised training of the staff who need to know and run the system.
   
   • Six hours training on MYOB - split into 2 sessions of 3 hours,normally held about a week apart for better retention of information.
     
   • You are trained up on the procedures required to correctly input information.
     
   • Training notes and documentation on MYOB and accounting procedures including processing all entries that affect GST.
     
   • GST: Guidance on what reports to produce for GST reporting purposes.
   
   This will ensure that when AMC has completed the training that you, the client, will have a good understanding of how to make the most of your MYOB
